I work with busy midlife people who feel pulled in every direction and are ready to take back control of their time, energy, and wellbeing.

Through coaching, I help you create realistic, simple and sustainable habits that reduce stress and bring more calm, balance, and ease into your everyday life - so you can feel like yourself again.

I’m Laura - a UKIHCA registered health coach with NHS roots and a working mum of teens who understands the balancing act of modern life.

With a background in NHS primary care I combine professional expertise with a deep understanding of real-life challenges. My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in understanding what matter most to you.
